Training is easier when shared: Cristiano Ronaldo has been absent from Al Nassr’s matches, but he has not stopped training and now has the best company, his daughter, Alana.
The Portuguese star’s future wife, Georgina Rodríguez, shared a tender photo of father and daughter in a gym, which moved fans.
CR7 trains with his daughter
Yesterday, Cristiano shared a photo as he left training with Al Nassr after ending his strike against the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and missing the matches against Al Riyadh and Al Ittihad.
However, he did not travel to Turkmenistan for Wednesday’s Asian Champions League 2 first leg match against FK Arkadag, where the team managed to secure a 0-1 victory despite his absence, with a goal from Abdullah Al-Hamdan in the 19th minute.
Despite this, his reason had nothing to do with any controversy, but rather it was the coaching staff themselves who decided to keep the Portuguese player off the pitch, as they had been doing throughout the competition, and save him for the second leg. Other teammates such as Joao Félix and Sadio Mané were also not called up.
However, Cristiano showed no signs of sitting still and, on the contrary, decided to continue training in a gym, albeit with a special companion: his daughter, Alana Martina.
Georgina, his future wife, shared a sweet photo on her official Instagram account showing ‘Bicho’ holding a dumbbell and chatting with his 8-year-old daughter, who is also holding pink weights slightly smaller than CR7’s.
The girl has recently gone viral on social media for her singing talent, performing songs such as Céline Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On,” but this time she stole the show with her training alongside Cristiano.

Geo and CR7 have formed a family that goes beyond biological genes. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner already had a son, Cristiano Jr., born in 2010, when he met the model in 2016 at a Gucci store where she worked. In 2017, twins Eva María and Mateo arrived (via surrogacy), and that same year, their first daughter, Alana Martina, was also born. In April 2022, the couple was expecting twins: Bella Esmeralda and Angel, but their joy was marred by the death of the baby boy.
After almost a decade together and thousands of moments shared, Cristiano finally asked Georgina to be his wife on August 10, 2025, so this year they will celebrate their big wedding. It is expected to take place in Madeira, Portugal, after the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Portugal will be in Group K and will face Colombia, Uzbekistan, and the winner of the Intercontinental Playoff between Jamaica, Congo, and New Caledonia. On Wednesday, June 17, Portugal will play its opening match against the winner of the Intercontinental Playoff. On Tuesday, June 23, they will face Uzbekistan, and on Saturday, June 27, they will face Colombia.
