Could Taylor Swift appear on Travis Kelce’s New Heights show? Did the star drop a hint?

Taylor Swift has ignited a fresh wave of excitement among her followers after her official fan engagement team sparked speculation of a potential appearance on the New Heights podcast operated by her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

The 35-year-old singing icon hinted at the beginning of her “next era” on Monday, August 11 as she posted images of the Grammy-winning artist wearing a series of orange-themed outfits from the Eras Tour.

“Thinking about when she said ‘See you next era…'” the account said, accompanied by a burning heart emoji and fans were quick to burst into the comments with their theories about what that means.

Many Swift fans believe the announcement of her 12th studio album could arrive this week, with some convinced the reveal will take place on New Heights, which Travis runs alongside his brother, Jason.

The speculation intensified when the podcast teased a “special episode with a VERY special guest,” sharing a promotional graphic featuring a black silhouette against a glittering orange background.

Supporters were quick to highlight the parallels as Jason was pictured wearing merchandise from Swift’s official line, a detail that many viewed as deliberate, whilst others noted the scheduled release date of the episode, August 13, which aligns with Swift’s well-known affinity for that number.

Orange is significant because a growing number of fans suspect the colour palette will define Swift’s upcoming album cycle, drawing comparisons to the way distinct visual motifs have characterised each of her past releases.

Some theories focus less on visual cues and more on Travis’ expression as he looks fondly in the teaser image, interpreting it as a sign that the mystery guest could only be his world-famous billionaire partner.

One fan responded to the post by saying, “That looks like a Taylor silhouette if I’ve ever seen one.”

A second said, “The orange glitter background, [Travis’s] smile… I’m too scared to believe but I think yes.”

Whilst a third noted, “”YALL WEARING TAYLOR SHIRTS. The background is sparkly orange. Oh my god.”

The link between Swift’s fan base and the New Heights audience has grown steadily since her relationship with Kelce became public, and an appearance on the podcast would mark a significant crossover moment.

Travis Kelce draws attention during Chiefs preseason despite limited action

Away from the speculation, Kelce’s own activities in recent days have also attracted public interest as the Kansas City Chiefs began their 2025 preseason with a 20-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on August 9.

The tight end, now entering his 13th NFL season, appeared in just three snaps and recorded no catches but while his on-field contribution was minimal, his presence on the sideline was anything but subdued.

The 10-time Pro Bowler was seen dancing alongside the team’s defensive tackle, Chris Jones, energising teammates throughout the game and it was something the head coach, Andy Reid, praised the them for.

“They like watching these young guys play,” Reid said of his veterans. “And they’re cheering for them.

“At the same time, they’re trying to teach them, too. They’re hard on them when they goof up, which I’m okay with. Peer pressure is good pressure.”
