Carlo Ancelotti is already the new Brazil coach. Before his departure from Real Madrid has even been announced, the Brazilian federation has made official the agreement with the Italian coach to take over from June 2024.

Ednaldo Rodrigues, president of the CBF, said: “Bringing Carlo Ancelotti to the helm of Brazil is more than a strategic decision. It is a statement to the world of our determination to regain the top spot on the podium.

He is the greatest coach in history and now leads the greatest national team on the planet. Together, we will write new glorious chapters for Brazilian football.”

As MARCA reported last week, the Real Madrid coach already had an agreement with Brazil until the 2026 World Cup and it was to be announced after the Clasico, as it has been.

Carletto will give a press conference at Valdebebas before the match against Sevilla in which he will also announce his departure after a successful career at the club.
