Cardi B is giving her fans a glimpse behind the scenes of her own life, keeping her love-life at center stage. The highly acclaimed rapper announced she is currently dating NFL player Stefon Diggs joyfully, and although she is not in a marriage hurry, it is on the table down the line.
She recently admitted on ‘CBS Mornings‘ that she is expecting a baby with Diggs, becoming the fourth one to bless her life. Cardi B currently has three children with her ex-husband Offset: daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus (born July 2018), son Wave Set Cephus (born September 2021), and daughter Blossom (born September 2024).
A new spark with Stefon Diggs
On an appearance on ‘TODAY‘ with Jenna & Friends, she spoke openly about how she and Diggs first met. She was introduced by mutual acquaintances to her, she admitted, and that she thought immediately he was “cute.”
She was not asked for details of their relationship, however, Cardi was unhelpful. She did what she does best instead: used her body language, winks and smiles to speak volumes, obviously indicating that everything is rosy between the two of them.
Busy schedules, growing bond
Both actors have hectic schedules. Diggs is working on his comeback season with the Patriots after an ACL injury rehabilitation, and Cardi is on tour with her latest album, released this Friday.
The hip-hop artist admitted she has not made it to one of Diggs’ games yet, but indicated seeing him perform live is something she puts on her list when work slacks off.
Marriage on the table?
Cardi, whose very public marriage and breakup some years back made headlines, was asked whether she could ever imagine going down the aisle again. Her response was really honest and surprisingly positive: she is not rejecting it.
In the meantime, however, she appears to be happy to just let the relationship take its course while juggling the demands of fame, motherhood, and a skyrocketing music career.
