Cardi B has reportedly made her expectations unmistakably clear to Stefon Diggs, warning that their relationship would be over if another child were to surface after they became official and started a family together.
According to a report published Saturday by The Sun, the Grammy-winning rapper delivered that message directly to Diggs following a year that placed his personal life under intense scrutiny.
“She’s been very clear with Stefon: if he messes up, if another woman comes forward with a baby after they became official and started a family together, she’s done,” an insider told the outlet. “She told him plainly that if he cheats or has a child behind her back, it’s over.”

The warning comes after Diggs welcomed four children in 2025 with four different women. That includes daughter Charliee Harper with Aileen Lopera in April 2025, a son with K’yanna Barber later in the year, and a daughter with Cayy Benji, also born in 2025. Cardi B gave birth to their son in November 2025.
Earlier this month, Lopera dropped a paternity and child support lawsuit against Diggs, a development confirmed by Page Six.
Her attorney, Tamar Arminak, previously said the matter had already been settled.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Arminak said in November, adding that “Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter.”
Despite the surrounding headlines, Cardi B is said to remain committed to Diggs, who plays wide receiver for the New England Patriots, even as she privately enforces boundaries she views as essential.
Loyalty alongside firm boundaries
Sources close to the rapper stress that she has never been unaware of Diggs‘ past.
“Cardi has known since day one that Stefon had a reputation as a womanizer and had seen multiple women in the past, but her love for him is above all of that,” the insider explained.
“She knows he has been faithful since they made things official and that he’s been transparent about his previous relationships, only seeing her since they committed to each other.”
While she is said to “hate the drama,” Cardi B respects Diggs for being present in his children’s lives. The rapper, 33, shares daughters Kulture, 7, and Blossom, 1, and son Wave, 4, with estranged husband Offset.
“She believes he’s a present, loving, and supportive father,” the source said. “She loves that he’s not a deadbeat dad.”
Diggs’ oldest child, daughter Nova, was born in 2016 and is believed to be shared with ex Tyler Marie. According to those familiar with the situation, Cardi B has embraced Diggs’ children as part of a blended family rather than a source of resentment.
“She sees his children as an extension of the family and enjoys when they’re all together, spending time as one big extended family,” the source noted. “She doesn’t harbor hate toward Stefon’s exes or the mothers of his children. She doesn’t judge – she just wants everyone, especially the kids, to be happy and grow up in a stable, healthy environment.
“She does get upset when people talk badly about him, seeing it as disrespect. She’s had arguments over how some people address or treat him in public – but she’s learning how to handle it better.
“When the rapper loves, she fights for her man. Period. She talks to him often about how to best navigate situations involving multiple baby mamas and co-parenting. She gives him advice on being the best father he can be, and he appreciates the constant support she shows him.”
