This business is involved in controversy after it was allegedly involved in the illegal sale of a Rolls Royce vehicle, which was allegedly stolen in Los Angeles and arrived in Guadalajara.
A man gave an interview in which he said that the car sold by the boxer’s company was his and that it had been stolen from him after he took it to a workshop for repairs.
This happened last year, although it is not clear which workshop the Rolls Royce had been taken to, the man said that between October and November 2024 he found images on social networks of what could be his vehicle.
In the story he gave, he claims that his car has particular features that helped him identify it, so he said he was “99%” sure that it was his vehicle. To his surprise, the car reached the Alvarez Exotics company and they were offering it for sale.
The car was stolen in Los Angeles, California, and was allegedly taken to Guadalajara, Jalisco, in Mexico to be part of the company’s fleet

After realizing what had happened, the man tried to contact the agents of Canelo’s company, but did not get a positive response from the employees. In addition, he had no reliable evidence to confirm that it was his vehicle.
He continued to investigate details of the company and came across the name of Canelo Alvarez, Mexican boxer and businessman. Subsequently, the potential victim noticed that the company no longer had the car.
That car was bought by the Mexican regional music singer Luis R Conriquez, who has a great friendship with Alvarez.
