WNBA fans rang in the new year with more than just fireworks, as Cameron Brink delivered a moment that quickly took over social media. The Los Angeles Sparks standout celebrated her 24th birthday on New Year’s Eve, marking the occasion with a bold fashion statement that left admirers buzzing.

Still working her way back from a challenging year on the court, Brink showed that off the hardwood, her confidence and star power remain as strong as ever.

Cameron brink rings in the New Year with style and confidence

Brink welcomed 2026 wearing a striking, figure-hugging red dress with sheer details, sharing photos that immediately drew attention across Instagram. The post, captioned “24 yrs of joy!!! Happy new year,” racked up well over 100,000 likes in a matter of hours.

Fans were quick to respond with praise. “Gorgeous as always!!” one follower commented. Another dubbed her the “Birthday queen,” while others went even further, calling Brink “absolutely gorgeous” and “the moment.” The overwhelming reaction underscored her growing popularity, not just as a rising WNBA star, but as a cultural figure within women’s sports.

While Brink’s glamorous celebration captured headlines, the year behind her was anything but simple. After being selected No. 2 overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft, expectations were sky-high for the former Stanford Cardinal standout. However, an ACL injury slowed her momentum and forced the Sparks to manage her minutes carefully throughout the 2025 season.

Brink appeared in 19 games off the bench, averaging 5.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks, as Los Angeles missed the playoffs for a fifth consecutive year. Though she didn’t start a game, the organization remains optimistic that a fully healthy Brink can become a cornerstone of their future.

Wedding bells and a new chapter ahead for Brink

Away from basketball, Brink’s life appears to be aligning perfectly. She is preparing to marry her fiancĂ©, Ben Felter, in the coming months, adding another reason for celebration during the holiday season.

Earlier in the week, Brink shared a heartfelt birthday message for Felter, writing, “Happy birthday to my soon to be husband You are my reason & I love you more than life itself.” The message offered fans a glimpse into a quieter, more personal side of the rising star.

Brink’s off-court success has continued to grow as well. In 2025, she appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, further cementing her status as one of the most recognizable faces in women’s basketball.

As she enters her mid-20s, Brink stands at an intriguing crossroads – balancing recovery, professional growth, and major life milestones. If her New Year’s Eve celebration was any indication, she’s embracing the moment with confidence, grace, and unmistakable star power.
