Caleb Williams has been a surprising standout in the NFL. The Bears’ rookie quarterback and the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Williams, gave a disappointing post-game response following the loss to the Seahawks.
The last Thursday Night Football game of the NFL season was described as horrible by many fans, including those from the Seahawks’ side. The final score was 6-3 in favor of Geno Smith’s team. Bears fans started booing during the game at Soldier Field, which did not sit well with Caleb Williams.
This was their 10th consecutive loss of the season, this season they add some nice weapon on Keenan Allen, plus the DJ Moore acquisition from last year. The principle need for the Bears are O-line and head coach.
Pete Carroll could join the Bears for 2025?
The words started spreading quickly, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, former Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is keen on returning to the sidelines next season. Schefter reported that Carroll has started talking about an NFL comeback and is interested in the opportunity. While he hasn’t had discussions with any teams yet, sources indicate he is open to it.
In addition to the Bears, both the New Orleans Saints and the New York Jets have head coach vacancies, making it intriguing to see where Carroll might end up.
