Caitlin Clark will return to The Annika Pro-Am at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida, on Wednesday and she’s bringing some familiar faces along for the ride.
Fever teammates Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull will serve as Clark‘s celebrity caddies for the event, which features a lineup of prominent names from sports and entertainment.
Joining the group will be U.S. Soccer legend Briana Scurry, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, and NASCAR driver Carson Hocevar, adding to the diverse mix of athletic talent hitting the links.
For Clark, who’s been easing into the WNBA offseason after an injury-limited 2025 campaign, the event offers a much-needed break and a chance to reconnect with fans.
She’ll play alongside World No. 2 Nelly Korda, one of the top golfers on the planet, and former Northwestern standout Lauryn Nguyen for the 18-hole charity showcase.

True to form, Cunningham couldn’t resist injecting humor into the announcement. Sharing the news on her Instagram story Wednesday, she captioned her post, “Four!!!!!!” – a cheeky nod to her energetic, playful personality.
Clark quickly reshared the post, adding her own correction with a laugh: “yeah clearly we have a lot to learn about golf… It’s fore bud.”
The friendly exchange captured exactly what fans have come to love about the Fever‘s young core – competitive spirit blended with camaraderie and humor. The trio’s chemistry, which helped fuel Indiana‘s resurgence earlier in the WNBA season, will now make its way to the golf course, albeit in a lighter, more relaxed setting.
Clark‘s presence at the tournament is no surprise. As a brand ambassador for Gainbridge Sports, the event’s presenting sponsor, she’s become a recognizable figure at cross-sport showcases.
Last year’s Pro-Am appearance marked her first major event following her record-breaking rookie season, one that earned her the WNBA Rookie of the Year Award and continued the wave of popularity she brought from her Iowa days.
After a frustrating second season in which injuries limited her to just 13 games, Clark has been gradually reengaging with fans through appearances and brand events.
