Bryan Braman cause of death: What caused the death of the former Texans and Eagles linebacker at age 38?

The NFL community is mourning the sudden and tragic loss of former linebacker Bryan Braman, who passed away at the age of 38. Known for his explosive special teams play and fearless demeanor on the field, Braman’s death was confirmed by both the Philadelphia Eagles and the Houston Texans, teams with which he spent the bulk of his career.

Braman entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Texans in 2011 and quickly made a name for himself through his high-energy contributions on special teams.

He spent three seasons in Houston before joining the Eagles in 2014, where he played for three more seasons and was part of the franchise’s memorable Super Bowl LII run, even though he spent the postseason on injured reserve.

His unexpected passing has left former teammates, fans, and coaches in shock. Tributes have poured in across social media, celebrating not just his athletic prowess, but his larger-than-life personality, which made him a favorite in locker rooms across the league.

As of now, the cause of Bryan Braman‘s death has not been publicly revealed. However, Braman had been battling a life-threatening form of cancer, which was revealed through a GoFundMe campaign created in his name by William Jones, and the former NFL star had undergone multiple surgeries while receiving treatment for his illness in Seattle.

Braman is remembered not just for his on-field tenacity but for the path he carved from humble beginnings. From being undrafted to becoming an NFL fan favorite, his journey inspired many. His death at such a young age has sparked both grief and reflection across the football world.
