The Sports Illustrated model, who is married to golf star Brooks Koepka, recently shared a snapshot of her fitness journey, offering fans a look at how she is rebuilding both physically and mentally after a challenging period for her family.
On January 24, Sims posted a gym video showcasing a demanding workout session that included quadruped glute kickbacks, weighted movements, machine exercises and Pilates style mat work.
Over the footage, she wrote a mantra that summed up her motivation: “Stronger for me, healthier for my son, hotter for my husband.” The post quickly resonated with followers and sparked a wave of supportive reactions.
Away from the gym, Sims maintains a disciplined yet balanced lifestyle. Earlier in January, she shared her everyday meal routine, revealing a structured plan built around nutritious breakfasts, protein focused lunches and the occasional sweet treat to keep things realistic.
The approach reflects her effort to stay energized while juggling motherhood and a demanding professional life.
Fitness as a path forward
Sims‘ renewed focus comes after a deeply emotional period. In early October, she and Brooks Koepka suffered the loss of their second baby at sixteen weeks, a heartbreak that reshaped their lives.
Since then, Sims has spoken openly about healing and finding strength through routine.
Her recovery has extended beyond workouts. She refreshed her look after months away, launched a free weekly fitness series with Katie Austin to help others regain confidence, and returned to her roots by judging the Miss Teen USA pageant, a meaningful milestone in her career.
