Bill Belichick finds himself in the headlines for his relationship with 24-year-old Jordon Hudson as the former New England Patriots icon comes under criticism for dating someone 48 years younger than him once again, this time because of her outfit.
The six-time Super Bowl champion is now leading the University of North Carolina‘s football program after failing to secure an NFL job in the 2024 hiring cycle, but continues to be placed under scrutiny by the public due to his significant age gap with Hudson.
The couple was spotted attending a Tar Heels basketball game over the weekend, drawing mixed reactions from fans.
Hudson’s choice of wearing her jacket draped over her shoulders and leaving her chest bare became a point of contention on social media, with the outfit style being heavily associated with young people.
One user commented on X.com, formerly Twitter, “Being 72 years old and having a gf who wears her jacket like this is kind of crazy.”

How did Bill Belichick meet Jordan Hudson?
The ex-Patriot began dating Hudson shortly after his breakup with Linda Holliday, ending their long-time relationship.
Prior to that he was married to Debby Clarke Belichick from 1977 to 2006, with whom he shares three adult children-Amanda, Stephen, and Brian.
But how did they actually meet? Well, the pair first met on a flight in February 2021, when Belichick signed her copy of Deductive Logic, a textbook by Warren Goldfarb after a discussion about the topic.
Hudson, who was 20 at the time, revealed this detail on Instagram while celebrating their four-year “Meetiversary.”
“February 11th, 2025 – February 11th, 2021,” Hudson posted to her social media account. “Happy Meetiversary @billbelichick.
“Cheers to the fact that you still let me give you lengthy philosophical lectures four years later.”
She also posted a picture of them holding hands on the red carpet at the 2025 NFL Honors, along with an image of the book he signed for her.
Belichick’s inscription read, “Thanks for giving me a course on logic! Safe travels!” and included the years of his eight Super Bowl wins.
Despite criticism, Belichick and Hudson appear unbothered, continuing to make public appearances together while embracing the media attention surrounding their relationship.
