As US Open kicks off, tennis star Sachia Vickery backs OnlyFans and $1,000 date fee

As the 2025 US Open gets underway, Sachia Vickery is drawing attention not just for her aces but for her unconventional approach off the court as she runs an OnlyFans account, where she charges a $1000 pre-booking fee.

Ranked 559th globally, Vickery is navigating the U.S. Open qualifiers but it’s her career in adult content that is catching the eye, with films such as her “longest shower vid,” a “late night stretch,” and “boat twerking.”

Beyond subscription fees, she has instituted a $1000 pre-date deposit for anyone hoping to take interactions offline, believing that men have lost their right to court her for free.

“I’m very open-minded and I don’t care what people think of me,” Vickery said. “It’s also the easiest money I’ve ever made and I enjoy doing it.”

Since launching her OnlyFans in January, she has reportedly been overwhelmed by the financial response and fan engagement, which supplements her estimated $2m in earnings through tennis.

She also reached a career-high ranking of No. 73 in 2018. Yet, she says the financial impact of OnlyFans has been more immediate as she believes she is pushing boundaries and embracing independence.

“I will never talk s**t about girls on OnlyFans ever again for the rest of my life,” Vickery added. “Because the amount I made on there in my first two days, I am overwhelmed.

“I am just shook really.”

Tennis expert slams Coco Gauff at 2025 US Open

While Vickery is exploring off-court ventures, other American players are grappling with competitive challenges at Flushing Meadows, such as Coco Gauff, who comes into the tournament on a poor run of form following a French Open victory in June.

The 21-year-old has faced questions from Chanda Rubin, who has expressed concern about her readiness, noting signs of frustration and inadequate preparation on hard courts.

“Coco Gauff, she won Roland Garros,” Rubin said. “She made a tough transition onto the grass, she figured kind of, tough turnaround, she had a lot of things going on, she didn’t quite get it going there.

“Now to start the hard court swing… I just thought she might be in a bit of a better place.”

Recent results reflect these concerns: an early Wimbledon exit, last-16 loss at the Canadian Open, and a quarter-final defeat in Cincinnati. Against Jasmine Paolini, Gauff managed only a 54% first-serve success rate, 31% of points on her second serve, and committed 16 double faults, illustrating her struggles under pressure.

Gauff is currently ranked No. 3 in the WTA Rankings, having previously held the No. 2 spot. Her drop in ranking comes after a series of disappointing results, including a first-round exit at Wimbledon, a last-16 defeat at the Canadian Open, and a quarter-final loss at the Cincinnati Masters.
