Angel Reese has repeatedly made it clear that she is passionate not only about basketball but also about fashion.
Although she has stood out in recent months for her style and eye-catching outfits while enjoying her free time during the WNBA offseason, the Chicago Sky star decided to shift the focus and shared her boyfriend’s looks with her followers.
Reese praises her boyfriend for his fashion choices
Angel caused a sensation in London after sharing some photos with her followers on Instagram and attending the NBA game at the O2 Arena between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Orlando Magic.
And although her boyfriend’s team suffered a 126-109 defeat, Carter was not only one of the top scorers alongside Anthony Black with 18 and 19 points respectively, but also took home a bigger prize: Barbie Bayou’s approval of his outfit.
In her Instagram stories, Angel shared with her 5.2 million followers a post shared by Magic and @leaguefits showing the fashion choices of the team’s players, including Wendell.
Carter wore a plain white shirt paired with sneakers of the same color. She also wore distressed jeans and a caramel brown fur coat. Headphones and chains were his accessories that complemented the outfit.
This was the photo that Reese posted and wrote “5tylist” next to a fire emoji, which could also mean some help from her, as 5 is the number Angel wears on his jersey.
The truth is that Angel has not only stood out for her playing, but also for her relationshipwith fashion. She has appeared in Vogue, collaborated with brands such as Reebok to launch her own “Angel Reese 1” footwear, and last year became the first professional athlete to walk the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The forward closed her second year in the WNBA averaging 14.7 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. However, during the offseason, she decided to take a break and, in addition to traveling and supporting her boyfriend, Angel has taken advantage of this offseason to spend time with her family and friends and prepare for her third year with Sky (10-34) after being eliminated from the playoffs for the second consecutive year.
