Alix Earle calls first reunion with ex Braxton Berrios ‘terrible’ amid Tom Brady dating rumors

Alix Earle is opening up about an emotional weekend that forced her to confront the past.

The social media star candidly described her first in-person encounter with ex-boyfriend Braxton Berrios since their breakup, calling the experience “terrible” as speculation continues to swirl about her connection to Tom Brady.

The fact it was an unplanned encounter only exacerbated the issue for the social media personality and her ex-boyfriend.

In a TikTok video captioned “Wednesday chat,” Earle told her followers how she crossed paths with Berrios at the Palm Tree Music Festival in Aspen, Colorado.

The event marked the first time the pair had seen each other since October, following the end of their more than two-year relationship in late 2025.

Berrios, now a wide receiver for the Houston Texans, had previously been a regular presence in her social media content during their relationship.

“I know a lot of you guys keep asking me, but yes, I did see my ex this weekend for the first time since October,” Earle told her audience.

She admitted the initial moment was overwhelming.

“It was honestly just really hard for me, really weird, really hard. I was really emotional,” she added.

According to Earle, the first night in Aspen involved proximity without interaction.

“The first night we were like in the same place but we didn’t say hi to each other, just because I didn’t want to go up and annoy him,” Earle explained. “I could see him out of the corner of my eye.”

The following evening brought a brief acknowledgment: “We briefly said hi to each other,” she said.

Despite the short exchange, the emotional weight lingered. Earle summarized the shift in their dynamic with stark honesty: “It’s weird when you go from someone being like your best friend to being a stranger in the corner of the room.

“So that was tough, and by tough I mean terrible.”

Is Alix Earle dating Tom Brady?

The reunion unfolded against a backdrop of renewed public attention surrounding Alix Earle‘s personal life.

Days earlier, she was photographed in New York City wearing a sweatshirt emblazoned with the phrase “ON TO BETTER,” prompting speculation that the message was directed at Berrios.

At the same time, rumors have intensified linking her to Tom Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl champion widely regarded as one of the NFL’s greatest quarterbacks.

The dating chatter reportedly began on New Year’s Eve in St. Barts, where Earle and Brady were seen in the same social circles.

They were later spotted together at a Super Bowl party in San Francisco, with onlookers noting that they appeared to dance together.

Brady has not publicly addressed the speculation and has kept his personal life largely private since his 2022 divorce from Gisele Bundchen.

For Earle, however, the emotional reality of seeing Berrios again underlined how recent the breakup still feels.

When the split was first announced in late 2025, she reflected candidly on the decision. “I can’t be what Braxton needs,” she said at the time. “I love Braxton, he’s my best friend, so it has been very difficult.”

Now, months removed from the separation, Earle says she is focused on moving forward, even if moments like Aspen serve as painful reminders of what once was.
