A’ja Wilson’s revealing confession to Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie: “Parenting your parents is stressful”

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson had a great season, averaging 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.6 steals, and becoming WNBA champion.

She was also named WNBA MVP for the fourth time, the only player in history to achieve this feat. However, in the midst of all this, A’ja was dealing with a stressful family situation.

Wilson reveals a big secret to Kylie Kelce

On Thursday, the 29-year-old center was a guest on the podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” hosted by Kylie Kelce, wife of Philadelphia Eagles and NFL legend Jason Kelce.

During the chat, Wilson commented on her parents’ visits to her home, opened up the debate, and confessed that “parenting your parents is stressful.”

“My parents stayed at my house from mid-July all the way to the parade, and when I tell you it drove me insane,” A’ja said, recalling that moment: “I love them. They are recently retired, and they have been retired for about a year, but it’s so stressful and hard… It’s confusing to me because I’m just like, ‘Why are we acting like children?’” said the WNBA star as Kylie laughed.

Following this, Kylie revealed that her father scrolls and browses TikTok with the volume turned up loud and that she could hear them from her room if he was in the kitchen, for example. Wilson quickly stated that her parents do the same, but with one addition.

Her parents live in South Carolina, and given the time difference they experience when visiting their daughter in Las Vegas, A’ja said she hears them laughing at 5 a.m.

Meanwhile, the Aces icon won her fourth championship for the team and her third in four years, but that wasn’t all. This year she was also named Defensive Player of the Year, All-Defensive 1st Team for the fourth time, and MVP of the WNBA and the Finals.
