Aaron Judgedestroyed a myth called Alex Rodriguez with home runs for the New York Yankees.

Almost nine years later, Judge sentenced A-Rod to home runs with the Bronx Bombers in MLB.

How did Aaron Judge destroy the myth called Alex Rodriguez in the New York Yankees?

Judge caught up with A-Rod on the Yankees’ all-time home run list with 351 home runs. Alex Rodriguez retired on August 12, 2016, playing his last game in a Bronx Bombers uniform. On August 13, 2016, Aaron Judge hit his first home run for the New York Yankees and at Yankee Stadium.

What did Aaron Judge say about tying Alex Rodriguez?

“It’s an incredible honor, especially growing up and watching A-Rod for so many years, seeing what he did in pinstripes. He’s a legend, one of the best. So to be able to tie him, that’s pretty cool, but there’s more to come,” Aaron Judge.

Who is the New York Yankees’ all-time home run leader?

George German Babe Ruth remains the Bronx Bombers’ all-time leader with 659 home runs, followed by Mickey Mantle (536), Lou Gehrig (493), Joe DiMaggio (361) and Yogi Berra (358)

Yogi Berra, remembered for his famous phrases such as: “It ain’t over till it’s over” and known as the philosopher of baseball, should be surpassed this same 2025 MLB season by Aaron Judge and in the same way Joe DiMaggio, the Yankee Clipper.
