The Wooden Award is given annually to the most outstanding men’s college basketball player.

Duke’s Cooper Flagg won the honor last season, but now that he has taken his talents to the NBA, who’s next?

Let’s check out the odds via DraftKings Sportsbook as of Jan. 27.

2025-26 John Wooden Award odds

Cameron Boozer, Duke: -550 (bet $10 to win $11.82 total)
AJ Dybantsa, BYU: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total)
Braden Smith, Purdue +900 (bet $10 to win $100 total)
JT Toppin, Texas Tech +1600 (bet $10 to win $170 total)
Joshua Jefferson, Iowa State: +3000 (bet $10 to win $310 total)
Kingston Flemings, Houston: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)
Yaxel Lendeborg, Michigan: +7500 (bet $10 to win $760 total)
Caleb Wilson, North Carolina: +9000 (bet $10 to win $910 total)
Darius Acuff, Jr. (Arkansas): +10000 (bet $10 to win $1,010 total)
Darryn Peterson, Kansas: +15000 (bet $10 to win $1,510 total)
Trey Kaufman-Renn, Purdue: +9000 (bet $10 to win $910 total)

The Favorite: Holding steady as the favorite is Duke’s Cameron Boozer, who’s averaging 23.5 points and 9.9 boards per game for the 19-1 Blue Devils. The 6-foot-9, 250-pound freshman — whose father is former NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer — plays for the Blue Devils alongside his twin brother, Cayden. Cameron is also in the early conversation as a player who could go first in this summer’s NBA Draft.

Dynamic Dybantsa: And that’s exactly what AJ has been this season for the Cougars. He’s BYU’s leading scorer, averaging 23.6 points per game and has helped lead his 17-3 squad to a No. 13 ranking in the country. In one of his most explosive performances this season, the freshman forward put up 33 points, 10 boards and 10 assists in BYU’s 109-81 win over Eastern Washington on Dec. 22.

JT Jumps: Toppin’s odds in this spot have surged, moving to +1600 from +6000 since Jan. 8. Since then, he’s had two 31-point performances and is averaging 11 rebounds. He’s also the Red Raiders’ season stat leader in points (22.1), rebounds (10.9), and blocks (1.7).
