Home plate umpire Brian Walsh ejected Aaron Boone, manager of the New York Yankees, and Devin Williams, relief pitcher during the eighth inning of the game on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. He also called a balk with the bases loaded in what appeared to be a PitchCom problem for Dominican relief pitcher Camilo Doval. And then he ended the game in the ninth inning by calling a strike on a full count that was out of the zone.
