Tyreek Hill‘s future remains one of the NFL‘s biggest unanswered questions, but his latest move away from the football field has added another layer to the speculation surrounding his next destination.
The former Miami Dolphins star has relisted his sprawling Southwest Ranches, Florida, mansion for $7.7 million just one month after taking it off the market. Hill originally purchased the property for $6.9 million in 2022 after leaving the Kansas City Chiefs.
The timing has inevitably drawn attention, particularly with Hill currently a free agent and recovering from the knee dislocation and ACL tear he suffered in Week 4 last season. A potential return to Kansas City has already been discussed, and moving on from his Florida home gives those rumors another talking point.
The nine-bedroom, 9.5-bath property sits on more than two acres and includes a podcast studio, arcade, pool room, home gym, heated pool, spa, putting green, basketball court, summer kitchen, bar, two guesthouses and a four-car garage.
He first listed the mansion in March around the time the Dolphins released him, before removing the property from the market in August. He has now put it back up for sale at $7.7 million, according to Realtor.com.
The bigger question for Hill remains whether he can return to the explosive form that made him one of the league’s most dangerous receivers as the 32-year-old suffered a significant knee injury, creating understandable questions about whether he would regain his famous speed.
His latest workout, however, has offered a more encouraging glimpse through a video shared on his Instagram shows the receiver performing agility drills on the beach, moving through the sand with the explosiveness that has long been central to his game.
It does not establish that Hill has been medically cleared, but it provides an encouraging sign during his rehabilitation and for Chiefs fans looking for an upgrade at wide receiver as Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy continue to struggle to truly take off – although Tyquan Thornton has shown promise.
Chiefs defense aims for commanding performance vs Dolphins
On the other side of the football, Kansas City‘s defense also enters a clash with the Dolphins looking to rebound after two very different performances after facing the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts.
The Chiefs recorded four sacks and held Denver to 10 points in Week 1 but failed to sack Daniel Jones in the following week’s 33-30 overtime win against Indianapolis.
And the lowly Miami could provide another opportunity to generate pressure as the Dolphins have allowed nine sacks through two games, while Malik Willis has faced pressure on 43.1% of his dropbacks.
Notably, the right side of Miami‘s offensive line has struggled against rushers, creating opportunities for Kansas City‘s George Karlaftis and R Mason Thomas, a second-round pick, to have a chance to make an impact.
Chris Jones is another player looking to get on the board after failing to record a sack through the opening two games, whilst only making seven sacks in the 2025 NFL season as the entire unit struggled, recording just 35 in total.
