It is well known that the careers of professional athletes involve having a life with deep pockets, and in the case of boxers, this reality applies even more. That is why Oscar de la Hoya plans to move to a bigger place, but not before receiving a million-dollar sum for his current Las Vegas mansion.

According to Clark County, Nevada property records, the Mexican-American boxer bought the house in April 2022 for $14.6 million while it was still under construction. Now, he is ready to part with the property in Henderson, as TMZ Sports first reported.

How much money is Oscar de la Hoya asking for his Las Vegas mansion?

De La Hoya shared the TMZ article on his Instagram story, confirming the sale of his mansion in the Las Vegas area. “We love Las Vegas, and we’re officially building a bigger house! If you want to buy ours, contact @zarzanganeh,” he wrote in the post.

TMZ Sports reports that his family has been spending more time in the Las Vegas Valley and is now looking to build or buy an even larger home so that their stay is more permanent. The property is listed for $19.5 million, a modest increase from the $14.6 million he paid in 2022.

These are the amenities of the ‘De La Hoya mansion’ in Las Vegas:
