After months of searching, the former LSU gymnast and social media sensation revealed she has moved into her new Manhattan apartment, marking the next step in her life after college athletics.
Dunne, who spent five seasons with the Tigers before graduating earlier this year, had long hinted that she would relocate to New York, a city she frequently visited while fulfilling NIL commitments with major brands.
On Saturday, she confirmed the move with a post on Instagram, sharing a mirror selfie from her sleek new apartment. Dressed in a black, form-fitting dress, Dunne captioned the shot simply: “first pic in my new apt.”
From Baton Rouge to the Big Apple
The move comes after Dunne closed out a decorated LSU career that included multiple SEC titles.
A knee injury sidelined her during her final season, but she still played a role in LSU‘s conference championship run, even as the program fell short in its attempt to win back-to-back national titles.
Dunne‘s name has become synonymous with NIL success. By the time she left LSU, her valuation reportedly surpassed $4 million, making her one of the most marketable athletes in college sports.
That prominence fueled her frequent trips to New York during her college years, a factor that made Manhattan a natural landing spot once her gymnastics career wrapped up.
Speculation around Paul Skenes
Earlier this summer, when Dunne posted a TikTok video about apartment hunting in New York, some fans speculated that her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes, might be headed to the Yankees at the trade deadline.
The Pirates quickly dismissed the chatter, declaring the young right-hander untouchable in trade talks.
For now, the couple remains rooted in their respective careers, with Dunne building her brand in New York and Skenes anchoring Pittsburgh‘s rotation.
Before settling into her new apartment, Dunne made a trip back to Louisiana last week.
She was honored with her championship ring from LSU, a reminder of her decorated gymnastics journey, before attending the Tigers‘ football game at Tiger Stadium. The home crowd went home happy, as LSU defeated the Florida Gators 20-10.
