2025 certainly wasn’t Caitlin Clark‘s year, as she suffered several injuries and could never stay healthy throughout the WNBA season. Despite being in and out of the lineup, then ultimately being shut down, Clark stayed active and relevant off the court.
Clark’s impact hasn’t stopped reaching the NBA either, as Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley pulled off a cool move in Clark’s home arena during a game on Saturday night.

The broadcast captured footage of Quickley throwing his shoes to two young fans in the second row at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the home of the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever.
Sideline reporter Kayla Grey noticed that Quickley then changed into a special edition Caitlin Clark Kobe 6 Protro.
The new colorway dropped this week, over a year after Clark debuted it during the 2024 WNBA Playoffs. It was a highly anticipated drop due to the icy blue color scheme and it being attached to Clark’s name.
Clark wore Nike Kobe shoes all throughout her collegiate career at Iowa, so it was natural she would team up with the brand for another release. Clark signed a sponsorship with Nike before entering the WNBA in 2024, and is expected to release a signature shoe at some point soon.
