Mbappe, who this season has 23 goals and three assists in 19 games, left Montilivi scoring a penalty.
The Real Madrid striker had a goal disallowed in the 40th minute of the first half when he touched the ball with his hand just before shooting.
The goal was disallowed after referee Ricardo De Burgos Bengoetxea reviewed the play in the VAR.
