DJ Akademiks has sparked fresh controversy after launching explosive allegations against Shaquille O’Neal.
The outspoken YouTuber claimed in a recent video that the Los Angeles Lakers icon had attempted to pursue multiple women he previously dated, declaring the Hall of Famer his “archnemesis.”
The accusations surfaced Tuesday on X, when Akademiks was asked directly if he had any personal feud with the four-time NBA champion. His response was unfiltered.
“Yo, Shaq been trying to f*** the last three girls I have been with,” Akademiks said. “Yo, Shaq followed a girl that had 300 followers. I don’t even know how he found out I had been with her.”

According to Akademiks, the alleged actions by O’Neal were not limited to well-known women. He insisted that the retired superstar reached out to partners far removed from the public eye.
“I promise you, this chick that no one on the planet earth knew [except] me, her mama, and 200 knew, was like, ‘Hey, Shaq DMed me,'” he continued. “He is my arch nemesis. He tried to fly out my last two exes… I don’t know what it is.”
The YouTuber further claimed that the tension between them intensified after he posted alleged text exchanges from O’Neal on Instagram. That move, Akademiks said, provoked a heated reaction from the Hall of Famer.
“Shaq called me broke, and I ain’t gonna lie to you,” Akademiks admitted. “I am broke to Shaq because she is a billionaire.”
So far, neither O’Neal nor his representatives have commented on the allegations, leaving the narrative largely one-sided.
