Standing just 5-foot-6 and weighing 176 pounds, the running back is not simply fighting for touches in the backfield, he’s being actively integrated into the wide receiver rotation in Brian Schottenheimer‘s plans.
That unexpected shift has the potential to impact how the Cowboys deploy their top offensive weapons, namely Lamb and Pickens, when it comes to offering Dak Prescott targets to aim for.
Dallas’ revamped offense is built on adaptability and unpredictability, with an emphasis on competition at every position, as the new head coach appears intent on maximizing every player’s skillset.

Whilst in the 2024 NFL season, he averaged a respectable 4.1 yards per carry in limited action, which was efficient enough to earn him a longer look in training camp as his presence adds another layer to the Cowboys‘ attack.
