Angel Reese recently became the first active professional athlete to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The event, held in Brooklyn, New York, brought together some of the most iconic supermodels in the world, including Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Bella Hadid, and Gigi Hadid.
For Reese, who has spent the past two years expanding her profile beyond basketball, it was a milestone moment that showcased her confidence and versatility.

The WNBA community flooded her comments with praise but one message, in particular, stood out. Paige Bueckers, her friendly rival and fellow rising superstar, chimed in with a supportive note that captured the spirit of respect and camaraderie between the league’s next generation.
“Strutted your stuff,” Bueckers wrote.
Social media immediately lit up with speculation, not only about their growing friendship but also about whether the two young stars could eventually play together in Dallas.
