When Logan Paul makes a bold statement, it rarely goes unnoticed. The YouTuber-turned-wrestling star has built a reputation for headline-grabbing claims, but his latest declaration involving the NFL has quickly caught the attention of several professional football players eager to test his confidence inside a boxing ring.

During a recent episode of his popular podcast Impaulsive, Paul issued a direct challenge to current football players.

In doing so, he insisted that even some of the most physically dominant athletes in the league would struggle to beat him in a boxing match.

“Not a single football player could beat me in a boxing match, that is on God,” Paul said on the podcast.

“I would throttle Myles Garrett, Puka Nacua, Tom Brady, Sam Darnold, doesn’t matter.

“A million dollars, you come to the gym, you put up boxing gloves, we see how it goes. There’s levels to this.”

The remark quickly spread across social media and into NFL locker rooms. It didn’t take long for several players to publicly respond, signaling they would be more than willing to accept the challenge if the opportunity ever became real.

Offers arrive from NFL stars

Among the first to respond were Dion Dawkins, Tae Crowder, Brock Hoffman, and Kingsley Suamataia.

Each player indicated interest in stepping into the ring with the internet personality should the proposed $1 million challenge move beyond talk.

The quick responses highlight just how seriously some players took Paul‘s claim. While professional football players train for an entirely different sport, many pride themselves on their physical toughness and competitive mentality.

That competitive edge likely played a role in the swift reaction from players like Dawkins and Crowder, who made it clear they would happily put on boxing gloves if the matchup materialized.

The challenge appears to be partly rooted in Paul‘s ongoing rivalry with legendary quarterback Brady.

Their back-and-forth gained attention during a widely discussed celebrity flag football game, where the outspoken content creator hinted that he could compete with professional athletes.

Since that moment, the trash talk has escalated, culminating in the public challenge that now has several NFL players volunteering to test his confidence.

Another former football player who expressed interest was Le’Veon Bell. However, Paul quickly dismissed the possibility of facing him, noting that Bell no longer plays in the NFL and already has experience in boxing.

Paul’s background in combat sports

Despite the bravado of his challenge, Paul is not entirely new to combat sports. Over the past several years, he has dedicated significant time to boxing training, while simultaneously building a successful career as a performer in WWE.

One of the most notable moments in his boxing journey came when he stepped into the ring for an exhibition bout against legendary champion Floyd Mayweather Jr..

The highly publicized fight saw Paul last eight rounds with one of the greatest boxers in history, drawing enormous global attention.

He has also shared the ring with longtime rival-turned-ally KSI, another YouTube personality who transitioned into professional boxing.

But facing NFL players is another matter, and linebackers are a different category entirely given they often weigh over 250 pounds. Their frames often do not do their physicality and athleticism justice.

For now, no official fight has been scheduled. But with names like Dawkins, Crowder, Hoffman, and Suamataia eyeing a big payday, it appears Paul has achieved his goal of capturing their attention.
