High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens and her husband, former MLB player Cole Tucker, have welcomed their second child, crowning a year and a half of family milestones that included their wedding and the birth of their firstborn.
The 36-year-old shared the exciting news via Instagram on Saturday, November 29, posting a photo from the hospital and reflecting on the experience.

The actress not only announced the birth, but also paid tribute to the strength of mothers by sharing her own experience of childbirth.
“I did it again. I had another baby!” Hudgens wrote in her post. “What a crazy adventure childbirth is. A big shout out to all the moms out there. It’s really amazing what our bodies can do.”
In a humorous twist, Hudgens used her Instagram stories to reveal a curious and dramatic detail about the labor: she suffered a broken blood vessel. “Labor: popping babies and blood vessels lol,” she joked alongside a selfie while still showing her excitement.

This new baby comes months after the couple welcomed their first child in July 2024, whose name and sex are still being kept private. Hudgens had revealed her second pregnancy in July, just one month after the birth of her first baby, with the text “Round two!” on social media.
The couple, who met in 2020, have moved quickly with their family plans. After getting engaged in February 2023, they exchanged vows in a magical ceremony in Tulum, Mexico, in December 2023.
Now, with the arrival of their second child, the family of this beloved couple continues to grow and, as can be seen on social media, they look very happy in this new stage together.
