Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is facing serious accusations from his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, who alleges he forcibly took their infant daughter and forced her out of their shared home following a heated argument. In newly filed court documents, Vaccaro, a fitness influencer, paints a troubling picture of Hill’s behavior, citing an April 7 incident that escalated to police involvement and culminated in her filing for divorce just a day later.
According to Vaccaro’s legal motion, Hill vanished for days after the altercation, only to return on April 17 and take their four-month-old daughter, Capri, against her objections. She says she allowed him to leave with the child only after police informed her she had no legal way to stop him.
Control, coercion, and a growing custody dispute
Vaccaro alleges Hill’s actions are part of a larger pattern of control, not genuine parental concern. She argues that the NFL star, rumored to have fathered up to ten children, has shown little interest in parenting and is using their daughter as leverage in the divorce. “His objective is coercion and control,” her filing reads.
She further claims Hill has isolated her from her support system, taking away her car, listing their marital home for sale, and attempting to cut her off from her mother and sister. In response, Vaccaro is requesting exclusive rights to their condo and supervised visitation for Hill.
A history of controversy
This latest turmoil adds to Hill’s already controversial personal history. In 2014, he was dismissed from Oklahoma State after pleading guilty to assaulting his pregnant then-girlfriend. In 2019, he faced child abuse allegations involving his son, though no charges were filed. More recently, he’s been involved in multiple paternity cases and is currently being sued by influencer Sophie Hall, who claims Hill broke her leg during a football scrimmage.
The couple’s brief marriage has been marred by drama since the start. They wed in November 2023 following a rocky, on-and-off engagement. Hill filed for divorce just two months later but blamed it on a miscommunication with his legal team.
Now, with the custody of their child at stake and Hill’s off-field behavior under fresh scrutiny, their legal battle could have lasting consequences for both their personal and public lives.
