Kelce will undoubtedly remain an asset for Patrick Mahomes, but in free agency, the Chiefs’ management has decided to provide competition for the number 87, which is why they have signed TE Robert Tonyan, who has a long track record in the NFL.

Tonyan is a key player, especially in the red zone. In the 2020 season, he scored 11 touchdowns with the Chicago Bears, which has been his best year in the league.
