Tom Brady is embracing fatherhood in full, offering fans a rare glimpse into his family life while traveling abroad as he celebrates vacationing in the Netherlands with his children, sharing a touching moment between him and his daughter Vivian.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion shares the 12-year-old and son Benjamin, 15, with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, and also has Jack, 17, from his previous relationship with the actress, Bridget Moynahan.
The family remains a visible presence in Brady‘s post-retirement life, particularly during this European getaway that saw the former quarterback post a selfie to his Instagram Stories featuring his only daughter.
“Cruising through life with my favorite co-pilot,” Brady wrote as the ex-New England Patriot showcased the close bond between the father and daughter, as Vivian looks exactly like the 47-year-old athlete.
The Netherlands vacation has been well documented by the dad of the family on social media. On Monday, June 2, he shared images of himself and Benjamin enjoying a boating trip under clear skies. In one photo, Benjamin offers a peace sign while Brady smiles beside him.
Also on Tuesday, Brady posted a picture of a pizza topped with prosciutto, mozzarella, and tomato sauce, tagging Pizza Beppe Quattro in Amsterdam as they enjoyed some traditional European food, although they were located over 1000 miles away from Rome.
The post is a notable departure from Brady‘s famously restrictive diet during his playing years, which largely avoided foods like tomatoes and refined flour. It could signal that he’s finally given up on returning to the NFL, after keeping one foot in the door since his 2022 retirement.
Brady watches the Champions League Final
Brady’s trip also included a reunion with David Beckham during the Champions League Final in Munich as Paris-Saint German defeated Inter Milan 5-0 to win the famous soccer trophy for the first ever time.
As seen in an Instagram Reel posted by Beckham, the two athletes, joined by French football legend Thierry Henry, reacted to the match in a studio setting for Beckham & Friends Live on Paramount+.
The trio watched Desiree Doue star with two goals and an assist on the night to send Paris into pandemonium, which was then overshadowed by damage to local properties and cars as some took it too far.
“There’s this other football that’s really amazing too,” Brady said in the clip, referring humorously to European soccer. “But this atmosphere is really unmatched.”
It’s the latest punditry venture for the famous quarterback, who also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, after he penned a 10-year deal with FOX Sports to provide coverage of the NFL – including the Super Bowl.
He ultimately had a mixed reception with some teething problems, and now aims to recharge his batteries away from the United States before he hops on the airwaves once again in September, whilst also playing a role in running the Las Vegas Raiders.
