Kylie Kelce has turned her podcast into a powerful brand. Within it, she addresses a wide range of topics related to football, motherhood, parenting, and other experiences that have made her one of the most popular figures in the world of online shows.
As her profile has grown, she has also been invited to appear as a guest on other programs. That was the case in recent days, when she was interviewed on the podcast Green Light with Chris Long.
During the episode, she had a conversation with Beau Allen, a former teammate of her husband with the Philadelphia Eagles. The exchange drew significant attention from viewers because of the subject matter discussed.
Kylie Kelce speaks about breastfeeding and the pain involved
All women who have been mothers are intimately familiar with the sensation of breastfeeding. Many acknowledge that it can be very painful and that it often leaves their nipples sore.
When asked directly about the topic, Kylie chose to be candid, speaking openly and without hesitation about what it feels like, making it clear for anyone who has never experienced-or never will experience-that particular sensation.
Beau asked Kylie:
Okay, can I ask you my weird questions about motherhood? As a man, I’ll never have the privilege and honor of carrying a child and breastfeeding… I’m trying to figure out how to put this in a respectful and or scientific way. Can you feel the milk leaving Mammars?
Kylie responded to the podcast co-host:
So like, at any given point, you’re not just like, Well, depends on the time, but you’re not just, like, leaking milk, right? So, like, it’s you, you let down the milk when the baby eats, but that happens at specific times, like, if you have not fed a baby in a while and a baby cries near you, that genuinely could, like, produce a letdown. The key is, is that you don’t feel it leaving your boob. You do feel the let down and it feels like hot pins and needles to your nipple.
It is worth remembering that Jason Kelce and Beau Allen shared the Eagles locker room from 2014 to 2017.
Jason and Kylie Kelce attend the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics
This past Sunday, February 22, 2026, the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games concluded, and Jason and Kylie Kelce were in attendance with their daughters. They later spoke about the experience on Kylie’s podcast, Not Gonna Lie.
Kylie asked her husband which discipline he believed one of their four daughters might pursue when they are older. The former Eagles center replied:
I think Wyatt would be figure skating. She likes to dance. Benny likes to do that too. Benny is very performative, like whenever we do the little fashion shows with the dresses. She really works it. She can play to a crowd really well. So I think Benny would be figure skater.
Kylie responded:
I think Wyatt would be figure skating.
And Jason added:
They probably both would be figure skating.
The truth is that they envision their daughters as great athletes, always supported in whatever path they choose to follow.
