Tia Jones alleges that Xavier Worthy physically assaulted her multiple times, including choking, slamming, and pushing her. A judge has granted her a temporary restraining order.
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy is at the center of shocking allegations made by his fiancée, Tia Jones. She claims he subjected her to repeated physical abuse, with incidents escalating over several months.
A pattern of alleged physical abuse
Jones alleges that in October 2024, Worthy pushed her to the ground with both hands after an argument about comments made by his mother. Around Christmas 2024, she claims he picked her up, slammed her onto a bed, and choked her during a dispute over alleged infidelity. When she told him not to choke her again, he allegedly charged at her, threw her to the ground, and left her with a bloody, swollen toe.
More disturbing accusations emerge
Jones also describes an undated incident where Worthy allegedly grabbed her throat, squeezed it, shook her, and slammed her head into a closet door, chipping her bottom tooth. The most recent reported attack occurred around Valentine’s Day 2025, when she claims Worthy grabbed her throat with both hands, shook her, and pushed her away following another dispute over suspected cheating.
Worthy denies the allegations as legal action moves forward
Despite the severity of the accusations, Worthy and his attorneys maintain that he is innocent. However, a judge has already granted Jones a temporary restraining order against him, indicating that the case is being taken seriously.
Neither the Kansas City Chiefs nor the NFL have commented on the situation, but with these explosive allegations coming to light, questions are mounting about how the league and the team will respond.
