A terrifying incident occurred during a youth baseball game in Texas, when bullets began to fly across the field just before the first pitch, leaving a coach with a gunshot wound.
The shooting occurred during a baseball game at The Rac in Katy, a suburb of Houston, Texas.
Police said the investigation revealed that three suspects “fired firearms from a nearby field, towards the field” while the teams were warming up.
A stray bullet struck a 27-year-old coach in the shoulder during the game, according to the Waller County Emergency Medical Service.
The coach was airlifted to a hospital and has already been discharged.
