The implication seems to be that they are upset because Taylor Swift’s name is being used to generate media attention for the case and have it resolved in their favor, but there seems to be no short-term resolution.
On the other hand, Lively‘s lawyer, Mike Gottlieb, has already told People that he shares the same opinion that Baldoni wanted to get more attention with Taylor Swift’s alleged involvement.
