Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may have taken a break from the limelight in recent times, but that doesn’t mean the two aren’t enjoying themselves.
The couple have been spending time together away from the gaze of media and fans ever since Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs came up short in Super Bowl LIX.
While the Chiefs had a chance to become the first team to ever win three Super Bowls in a row, they were second best on the night as they fell 40-22 to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Travis had a poor game that night, and after taking time to consider his future before announcing he will return to the Chiefs next season, he is now poised to try and put that disappointment behind him.
In the meantime, both Taylor and Travis have been enjoying some much-needed downtime, as Swift also said goodbye to her record-breaking Eras Tour towards the end of 2024.
Travis and Taylor taking it easy
According to a source speaking to The US Sun, the couple have ended their recent international trips together and are “laying low in Kansas City.”
“Taylor and Travis are taking it easy right now. They’ve been laying low in Kansas City,” the source said.
Another source added that given the rarity of both of them having free time given their busy schedules, they’ve decided to spend as much time together as possible.
“They went to Park City to go skiing. They’ve been traveling, spending precious time together and letting the rest of the world go for a bit,” the source wrote.
That doesn’t mean they’ve been staying away from others, with another source stating Taylor and Travis were spotted together in the early hours at Crane Club in NYC on Thursday.
“Travis and four of his friends arrived. Taylor didn’t arrive until 11 p.m. There were seven people there, including them. They all stayed until 3 a.m. The group were all laughing and having a great time,” the source noted.
