During a recent live stream, well-known internet model Sophie Rain revealed an astonishing figure about her earnings: in just a year and a half she has made $82 million, an amount that she says puts her on par with the annual earnings of sports superstars such as LeBron James.

The model’s revelation did not go unnoticed, catching the attention of millions of people, including NBA player Michael Porter Jr., who, after hearing the news, was quick to criticize the men who contribute to such businesses, calling them “pathetic” and “weird”.

Michael Porter Jr.’s questions

In a conversation with PlaqueBoyMax, the NBA player questioned the work the model does and the clients who pay for it.

“It’s a little bit pathetic that the guys are giving him $50 million, brother. And they’re guys who probably have wives and kids and they’re in their rooms being weird. To me, that’s crazy.”

These girls are OF models. It’s not even them writing and talking to these guys,” Porter added.

Sophie Rain’s response

The OnlyFans model found out about the comments and quickly responded to the NBA player by also attacking what they do in their sport. “I just think it’s funny how men can dribble a ball and cash $30 million checks without anyone considering it pathetic. But if a woman builds a business from scratch and makes more than some MVPs, suddenly it’s a moral crisis,” she said.

“They love to act like it’s all smoke and mirrors, but nobody handed me a contract, a coach and a brand deal at 19,” she added. “I was working 14-hour days, answering every DM, editing every post. Nobody faked that effort.”
