During the WNBA offseason, many players use the time to relax, travel, or simply enjoy being in the spotlight. That’s precisely what Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham has done, captivating audiences with her recent appearance on Good Morning America, where she left viewers speechless.

Cunningham had to sit out the final stretch of the season due to a torn MCL, but before her injury, she enjoyed a strong first year with the Fever alongside rookie sensation Caitlin Clark. She averaged 8.6 points and 3.6 assists per game, proving she’s eager to remain a key contributor in Indiana. Yet, the Missouri native also understands that what happens off the court can be just as significant in shaping her career and image.

Her social media presence reflects that awareness. Cunningham boasts 1.3 million followers on Instagram and another 1.6 million on TikTok, platforms where she maintains a steady connection with her fans by sharing glimpses of her daily life, workouts, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Cunningham was invited to Good Morning America to discuss her latest collaboration with Arby’s. The Fever star appeared early on set, bringing her signature energy and charm to the show. On her social media, she shared several pictures from her time on set, captioning them with:

Gooooood morning ‘Merica! nothing like eating steak nuggets at 7am.

However, it wasn’t just her cheerful attitude that caught everyone’s eye; it was her outfit. The athlete wore a stylish brown ensemble that instantly drew attention. Fans quickly flooded social media to comment on her look, writing messages like:

What!! Yes! I would watch every morning, friend.

You are goals.

Congrats girl!

How freakin cool.

Her flawless makeup and chic, short outfit added to the overall impression, making her look absolutely stunning. Cunningham once again proved that she can command attention both on and off the court with effortless confidence.

Sophie Cunningham’s future on and off the court

As an unrestricted free agent, Cunningham’s return to the Fever isn’t guaranteed, although that remains her goal. She’s expressed her desire to continue growing with the Indiana franchise while also pursuing her off-court ambitions. One of those dreams, she has openly shared, is becoming a Victoria’s Secret Angel someday.

Angel walked in it and she killed it, absolutely killed it. I texted my agents right away,” Cunningham revealed. “This has been a dream of mine since second grade. I’ve always wanted to be a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

Balancing athletic grit with glamour, Sophie Cunningham continues to show that she’s more than a basketball player; she’s a star unafraid to dream big, whether on television, social media, or the runway.
