Seeing Caitlin Clark and Indiana Fever back on the courts is something to look forward to. In their return to their former home in Iowa Hawkeye to face the Brazilian National Team, Carver-Hawkeye Arena, they kept hundreds of fans on their toes and left everyone more than satisfied with this incredible and historic play.

Just like in her Iowa days, Clark hit an 11-meter shot that reminded fans of her iconic shot against Michigan last year and stripped Kelsey Plum of the all-time NCAA women’s basketball scoring record. In addition to this shot, Caitlin made 15 other shots that thrilled the fans in Indiana Fever’s 108-44 thrashing of Brazil.

CC shared on her official Instagram account postcards of this game and made reference to her shot: “Déjà vu… a special day”, she wrote. Among hundreds of comments, two of them stole the show.

Fans flooded the post with comments like: “Proud of you for infinity goat”, “You’re amazing wow” “Baby goat”. But Lexie Hull and Sophie Cunningham, Clark’s teammates, wrote the same message:Commenting and likingand left the debate open.

The good atmosphere at Indiana Fever

These comments probably come from the joke that has been dragging a few days ago, when Clark shared a post with photos wearing the Indiana uniform: “We are so back… YEAR 2″. There, her teammate, Sophie jokingly commented: “the tan will come… everything else is perf”, to which the WNBA All-Star commented emojis with her eyes rolling and laughing.

But Caitlin wasn’t going to leave it at that. When Sophie and Lexie shared a post evidencing their physical resemblance: “seeing double?” they wrote. There, Clark commented, “Little less tanning. A little more bball ladies.

Will this be the duo’s response to CC’s joke?
