Jilly Anais has flashed her eye-popping 20-carat, $2.5 million engagement ring, a show-stopping piece that Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson spent months crafting.

And true to their relationship’s deeply supportive dynamic, Watson was front and center beaming with pride and letting the world know exactly how he feels.

Back in March, Anais broke the internet with a simple caption, “Mrs. Watson Loading…,” while flashing that now-iconic diamond ring.

When Watson suffered an Achilles injury in October, Anais showed her unwavering support, posting a heartfelt photo of the two kissing on the field with the words: “His #1 fan.”

Now, as Anais took her turn in the spotlight, it was Watson‘s moment to return the favor.

A quarterback cheering from the sidelines

Strutting confidently at The W Hotel in South Beach, Anais owned the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Show runway in a fierce leopard-print triangle-string swimsuit. Her only accessory was that massive engagement ring, which sparkled almost as brightly as the media buzz surrounding her.

As Anais walked the runway, Watson posted a video clip to Instagram, soundtracked by Playboi Carti’s “FINE SHIT.” In the caption, he gushed, “YouDaBADDEST! Trim,” adding a line of fire emojis for emphasis.

But it was his second post that hit even deeper. Sharing another highlight, Watson wrote a simple yet powerful message: “Proud of you, Queen!”

Anais responded with a heartfelt comment of her own: “I love making you proud FIANCEEEEEEE.”

According to TMZ, Watson worked with jeweler Vikar Ahmed for seven months to craft the perfect piece-one featuring a “premium D center diamond, renowned for its perfect cut and exceptional color & flawless clarity.”

And for Anais, every step of that runway was more than a modeling gig-it was a statement. From music to modeling to entrepreneurship, she’s no mere “NFL WAG.” She’s a singer, actress, dancer, author, and fashion icon in her own right, building a brand that’s as multifaceted as her diamond.

But while Watson is all-in as Anais’ biggest supporter, back in Cleveland, his quarterback job is anything but secure. As the 2025 NFL season approaches, Watson finds himself in a surprisingly crowded quarterback room. The Browns, after a roller-coaster 2024 campaign, now have five viable QBs fighting for just one starting job: Watson, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel, and Shedeur Sanders.
