Serena Williams, the legendary 23-time Grand Slam champion, continues to leave her mark not just in tennis but across the sports world, this time getting involved with Simone Biles with a slight hint of envy.

Though she pursued a different path, her admiration for Biles remains strong and perhaps this time she even finds herself jealous of the successes of the Olympian based on her comment about the 27-year-old’s honeymoon getaway to South Africa.
After marrying NFL player Jonathan Owens in 2022, Biles and her husband had been unable to take a honeymoon due to their busy schedules but are finally enjoying a dream vacation in the nation.
Biles has been sharing glimpses of the trip on Instagram, delighting fans with stunning photos from Franschhoek, Western Cape which is located around 46.9 miles away from Cape Town on the eastern side of Stellenbosch.
One particularly breathtaking post featured Biles in a flowing blue dress, sharing a romantic kiss with Owens amid picturesque mountain scenery. Another image showed her savoring a moment of relaxation with a glass of wine.
Captioned “Wine pretty view,” the post perfectly captured the couple’s blissful escape. However, Serena Williams couldn’t resist making a playful comment on Biles‘ post, writing, “Thanks for the invite.”
Her lighthearted remark suggested she wouldn’t mind joining the couple on their luxurious getaway as fans loved the interaction between the iconic sporting pair.
