Retiring from the sport that saw her grow up and gave her so much was not easy for Serena Williams.

The 23-time Grand Slam winner left behind a career as distinguished as it was award-winning. However, almost three years after hanging up her racket, she seems to enjoy her decision.

The Wimbledon 2025 Championships are currently being contested in London, but the tennis legend has let us know that at the moment she prefers the Sardinian sun and the warmth of her family to the storied courts of the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

The third Grand Slam of the season has already welcomed incredible and outstanding sports figures such as Maria Sharapova, who smiled with David Beckham during the first day of the tournament. However, Williams, who started her professional career in 1995 and won 73 titles, was not present.

Instead, Serena is spending a few days in paradise on the coast of the Italian island from her luxury yacht with her husband and creator of Reddit, Alexis Ohanian. They are joined by their two daughters, Olympia, 7, and newborn Adira.

Of course, she took advantage of her relaxed time to generate unique and precious moments with her two little ones. While sporting a stylish black bikini, green halter neck top, she watched as her eldest daughter was towed on an inflatable by a jet ski, she didn’t take her eyes off her youngest daughter.

She even shared a fun video of her posing and sporting a green two-piece ensemble. However, his older daughter covered up her belly, covering it up. “@OlympiaOhanian always keeping me in check! Someone please let her know it’s #summer?” wrote Serena jokingly.
