Patrick Mahomes‘ mother, Randi, is filled with joy as she embraces her new role as the grandmother of three.

On Sunday, January 12, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, announced the arrival of their third child, daughter Golden Raye Mahomes.

The newborn joins the couple’s two older children: 3-year-old daughter Sterling Skye and 2-year-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.

In a sweet Instagram post, Patrick and Brittany shared a heartwarming black-and-white photo of themselves holding Golden’s tiny feet, with her name engraved on a wooden sign.

Randi couldn’t contain her excitement and shared the news on her Instagram Stories the following day, January 13. She joyfully captioned the post, “Grandi x3,” celebrating her growing family.

Randi‘s love for her grandchildren is evident in her frequent social media posts.

Just a few weeks before Golden’s arrival, Randi had celebrated her grandson Bronze’s second birthday on November 28.

Randi also shared a touching post in May, reflecting on the priceless moments she spends with her two grandchildren.

Randi’s bond with her grandkids extends beyond holidays and celebrations. She has shared moments of joy from spending quality time with them, calling it “the greatest honor” and cherishing every second with them.

In addition to Patrick, Randi is also the proud mother of son Jackson and daughter Mia. The entire Mahomes family came together in November to celebrate Bronze’s golf-themed second birthday party, making it clear that family gatherings are an important and joyful part of their lives.

As Randi prepares for her 52nd birthday on January 18, she also shared a photo of the Garnet gemstone, which symbolizes January birthdays, adding another personal touch to her social media.

The 48-year-old mom of the NFL player has been caring for Randy Martin throughout 2024 and into 2025 as he finds himself battling sickness, recently being hospitalized between New Years’ Eve and the Chiefs’ Week 18 game with the Denver Broncos.
