The Chiefs have been on the lookout for ways to strengthen their offense, and Engram could be an upgrade at the tight end position. With quarterback Patrick Mahomes leading the charge, adding a reliable veteran like Engram could help the Chiefs create a more dynamic passing game, especially if they are aiming for another Super Bowl run.
The Jaguars have options when it comes to Engram’s future. They could hold on to him for one more season and trade him midseason if the team’s performance falls short of expectations, or they could make the decision to trade him this spring, solidifying Strange as the future of Jacksonville’s tight end position.
