Paige Spiranac, the golfer turned content creator, added her own spark to America’s Independence Day celebrations by posting a vibrant, starsandstripes bikini picture on July 4.

Taking to X, she greeted her followers with a simple yet festive caption:

“Happy 4th of July!”

In the image, Spiranac wore a U.S. flag-inspired two-piece, perfectly capturing the bold spirit of the holiday. The visual went viral, drawing praise and engagement from her large fanbase: over four million followers on Instagram, 1.6 million on TikTok, and roughly a million on X.

Known for blending athleticism with lifestyle, her content frequently ranges from golf instruction to candid slices of her personal and professional life.

Spiranac’s athletic journey

As an athlete, Spiranac developed her abilities early on. She first found success in gymnastics before a knee injury redirected her focus to golf.

Her collegiate career spanned two powerhouse programs, the University of Arizona and San Diego State University, where she earned honors including All-Mountain West Conference accolades and helped lead SDSU to its first-ever conference title.

Despite turning pro and competing on the Cactus Tour, Spiranac stepped away from professional golf after not securing an LPGA Tour card.

Rather than slowing down, she pivoted toward a content-driven career, coaching, modeling, and commentary, which resulted in partnerships with brands like Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG), 18Birdies, Mizzen+Main, and PointsBet.

A patriotic photo that doubled as content

The Fourth of July post wasn’t Spiranac‘s first patriotic showcase. She has previously worn American flag swimwear in styles ranging from starspangled string bikinis to cropped two-pieces, earning attention from outlets like Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.

Her flair for holiday-themed content reached another level in 2023, when she posed with cowboy hats, beer, and hot dogs, all embracing the Americana aesthetic.

In addition to highlighting American pride, those posts often blend lifestyle elements such as backyard barbecues and casual summer fun.

But Paige Spiranacisn’t just about visuals; she continues to mix golf with entertainment. In 2024, she returned to the green by competing in the inaugural PGA Tour Creator Classic.

Despite not being a full-time pro golfer, she finished 2over par alongside fellow creators. She’s also shared footage of tackling tough courses, like Bethpage Black, where she called her round “a bloodbath”.

Her influence extends far beyond snapshots and tournament clips. In the fall of 2023, she launched OnlyPaige, a subscription platform offering exclusive content, ranging from golf tutorials to behind-the-scenes livestreams and Q&As.

On X, she even teased interactive challenges like offering free subscriptions for correctly guessing the distance of her drive, engagement tactics that blur the line between athlete outreach and reality-show-style entertainment.
