For some, like Cooper Flagg, it’s a whole different level. Level of pressure, of expectations, of attention, but, with the player he has shown to be, he also rises above on the court.
The NBA Draft awaits, and a lot of scouting, training, testing has been made to this point. Everybody has their report for all players, everybody has formed an opinion. Some will be liked, some not so much, yet only one team had a chance for Flagg, the Dallas Mavericks. WIth all this, what about Flagg’s opinion on his game? In a sit-down interview with Andy Katz, Flagg was asked what one word would best describe himself. “Versatile“, responded the future NBA player. “Terrific player. A guy that can do so many different things on the floor; can play with the ball, can play without the ball”, said Lebron James to describe him.
Certainly, NBA society has described him as a versatile, high-motor forward with elite defensive instincts, advanced basketball IQ, and the potential to be a game-changing two-way star in the association.
