Location
The 2026 All-Star Weekend will be split between three iconic Los Angeles venues:
- Intuit Dome (Inglewood): The primary host for the Rising Stars, All-Star Saturday Night, and the All-Star Game.
- Kia Forum (Inglewood): The historic venue will house the Celebrity Game and the HBCU Classic.
- L.A. Convention Center: Home to “NBA Crossover,” the league’s massive fan festival.
The new format: U.S. vs. Rest of the world
The NBA is retiring the traditional East-vs-West format in order to launch a four-team round-robin tournament with teams representing:
- Team USA Stars
- Team USA Stripes
- Team World
- Rising Stars Winner: The winner of Friday’s Rising Stars game will join the three veteran teams in the Sunday tournament.
The event will consist of three 12-minute games, followed by a final championship game between the top two teams based on record and point differential.
