NFL star Stefon Diggs is at the center of a growing controversy after his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, accused him of domestic violence.

While Diggs has strongly denied the allegations, Hernandez remains steadfast in her claims, stating that she will not be silenced.

As the legal battle intensifies, both sides are providing contradictory versions of what happened, turning this into a case filled with serious accusations, counterclaims, and high stakes.

The dispute began on June 7, when Hernandez publicly accused the wide receiver of assaulting her, leading to a concussion. She has since remained vocal about her allegations, stating that she will not be intimidated.

In response, Diggs has painted a very different picture, alleging that Hernandez visited his home that night, threatened to ruin his career, and even physically attacked him. With both parties sticking to their accounts, the case continues to escalate.

Hernandez wasted no time in responding to Diggs’ denials, issuing a strong statement refuting his claims. “This is clearly an attempt to try and get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED,” she declared.

She also opened up about the emotional toll of the alleged incident, calling it “very traumatic.” Hernandez emphasized that her decision to speak out was not just for herself but for other women who have been victims of domestic violence.

“Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone, and everything that is done in the dark will come to the light,” she added.

However, Diggs’ legal team has a different perspective. The wide receiver claims that Hernandez was actually the aggressor and that she struck him in the chest during their encounter.

Furthermore, he alleges that she was carrying a weapon and used it to threaten him. This directly contradicts Hernandez’s claims, adding another layer of complexity to the case.

Diggs’ Attorney Dismisses the Allegations as Revenge

One of the most surprising twists in the legal battle came when Diggs’ attorney, Kent Schaffer, revealed that the couple had broken up seven months before the alleged incident.

According to Schaffer, the relationship was casual, and he suggested that Hernandez’s accusations stem from bitterness over their breakup.

In addition to the assault allegations, Diggs has filed claims of property damage against Hernandez. He alleges that she destroyed his luxury watch, valued at approximately $130,000, and a high-end gaming computer.

These claims suggest that the dispute may not be limited to personal grievances but could also have financial implications.

Diggs further claims that Hernandez’s accusations are financially motivated, asserting that she and her friend, Brianna “Brii” Mack, are attempting to extort millions from him.

While neither side has provided definitive proof to support their claims, the accusations are serious, and the lawsuit is expected to take further twists and turns.

As the case unfolds, the legal proceedings will determine whose version of events holds up under scrutiny.

With both parties refusing to back down, the stakes remain high. Whether this will end in a settlement or a lengthy court battle remains to be seen, but for now, all eyes are on the legal showdown between Stefon Diggs and Mulan Hernandez.
