Mike Tyson’s cannabis brand, Tyson 2.0, is showing no signs of slowing down since it was launched under parent company Carma HoldCo. back in 2021.

Initially manufacturing cannabis-derived edibles and other products, the company has regularly added more products to its portfolio, which has helped grow it’s popularity.

“Everybody’s involved. Only one can be the king,” Tyson told Bryan Salmond back in 2021 after he announced his venture into the cannabis world. Since then the expansion has continued with Tyson introducing an online global marketplace for hemp-derived products.

In April 2023 he opened Coffeeship Tyson 2.0 in Amsterdam, the first ever coffee lounge and retail store run by Tyson 2.0.

Another coffee retail store set to open

It looks as though the coffee retail store will continue to grow after Adam Wilks, CEO of Carma HoldCo Inc., revealed the opening of another Tyson 2.0 cannabis coffee retail store and cafe in Amsterdam. It will also serve as an official merchandise store for Tyson 2.0.

“It was an awesome vibe. I actually did a 5 country tour with Mike, which was one of most epic trips I have been on,” Wilks said when talking about his tour with Tyson.

“It was wild to see. We quickly became the number one coffee shop, consumption lounge in Amsterdam.”

The expansion may not stop there, with Wilks revealing they are looking to expand the business in locations like Spain and Indonesia (Bali).

Should this happen, this would put Tyson 2.0 in competition with some of the largest companies in the cannabis industry, though it seems it is a challenge they are willing to take on.
